Biblical Strategic Planning
Scripture is filled with examples of leaders with examples of leaders with a vision who created a plan to bring vision to reality. Today, we are presented with many opportunities to bring people to Christ and expand the Kingdom of God. Not everything can be done, however, so we have to listen to the Holy Spirit. The Strategic Planning process is a way to bring Spirit-filled unity to prioritize ministry programs that can be effective and sustainable. The techniques are known, but when applied among Christian leaders and attentive to the Spirit, we are in a great position to honor the Lord through great planning.
